Welcome to Brother’s Restaurant Bar & Pizza, home of authentic Italian cuisine, but with our own spin. We are conveniently located in the heart of Washington, NJ. Brother’s Restaurant Bar & Pizza is not your typical pizzeria. Although we cook up an absolutely amazing selection of fresh, gourmet pizzas every single day, we have also put together a menu that is meant to impress. We offer many of the traditional Italian entrees that you might expect at an Italian restaurant, however, we’ve also crafted a menu that is meant to impress even our most sophisticated diners. Limoncello Shrimp, Lobster Ravioli, Veal Saltimbocca, Steak Au Poivre and Double Cut Bone-In Pork Chops are just a few of the exceptional finds that you’ll see on our menu.
Our brand new restaurant has been gutted and rebuild from the studs up. We designed everything with you in mind. From our covered outdoor patio to our brand new bar to our amazing dining room….we’ve though of everything. We not only want our guests to have great food, we want them to have an experience! Brother’s Restaurant Bar & Pizza is one of the best new restaurants in Warren County, New Jersey. We are all about Italian food, but we like to be creative in the way we cook it and present it. We eat with our eyes first. We want you to be excited to try our amazing menu and we’re proud of the food that we serve our guests…..it’s love at first bite!

Good food starts with fresh ingredients. We only use the highest quality ingredients that we source from our food purveyors. Everything is made from scratch…nothing store bough or premade is served from our kitchens. Fresh is best! That’s what our customers want and that’s what our customers will get!

While we deviate just a bit in order to add our personal flair, we are all about real, authentic Italian cooking. In Italy, food brings everyone together and that is our intent too. We want our customers to come together as they experience what real Italian cooking tastes like. We have many years of experience in the restaurant industry and can’t wait to share that with you!

Off-site events
Hosting a party somewhere else? Not problem. We’ll help you customize your menu so that you can enjoy it at your favorite location. We offer partial service and full service catered events at the venue of your choice. Our experienced staff will even deliver the food and set it up for you.
Groups and private parties
Whether it’s a birthday party, baby shower, corporate function or any other special event, we’re here to make your event memorable. We have space available for smaller parties in our dining room and can accommodate parties of up to 80 people in our covered, heated covered patio.
Catering for all occassions
You enjoy the party and we’ll take care of the cooking. Almost anything that you enjoy at our restaurant can be prepared fresh and hot and ready for pickup to be served at your next event or party. No more mess…no more dishes…no more clean up. Just pick up the phone and leave the rest to us.
